Job Opening: Sales Coordinator (Back Office)

Location- Jaipur (Near Purani Chungi Ajmer Road, Jaipur)

Department: Sales & Operations

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate with a strong academic background
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar back-office role
  • Proficient in MS Word and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Formatting)
  • Skilled in preparing sales-related data such as:
  • Sales reports
  • Order status reports
  • Customer databases
  • Daily/weekly follow-up sheets
  • Strong understanding of geographical locations (regions, states, routes)
  • Experience in handling sales orders, invoices, and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with the sales team, customers, and internal departments
  • Good communication skills with a professional customer-handling approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to support the sales team with accurate data and timely follow-ups
