Role & responsibilities 1) Preparation of offer/Pro forma & invoice. 2) Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 3) Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems 4) Filing & keeping record of important documents and information 5) Respond to feedback from customers and provide pre-sales support when requested 6) Store and sort sales data and present reports 7) Coordination with other departments Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a sales coordinator in engineering company Excellent computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Perks and benefits
