Sales Co-ordinator

Role summary
The Sales Coordinator keeps the sales engine running day to day. You’ll route and track leads, prepare quotes, process orders, maintain CRM hygiene, run reporting and cadences, and ensure cross‑functional follow‑through with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success. The focus is fast, accurate execution and a clean, predictable pipeline.
Key responsibilities
· Lead desk management: triage inbound leads, qualify basics, and route to reps by territory/segment/SLAs; monitor first‑response time.
· Quote and order processing: prepare quotations, validate pricing/discounts and approvals, capture POs, create sales orders, and coordinate invoicing and collections inputs with Finance.
· CRM hygiene and enablement: keep opportunities, contacts, activities, next steps, and close dates accurate; maintain templates, product/price lists, and documentation.
· Sales cadence: schedule and prep weekly pipeline reviews and monthly forecast calls; publish notes, owners, and due dates; follow through on action items.
· Reporting and analytics: build and circulate dashboards (pipeline, conversion, velocity, bookings vs target, aging, win/loss, SLA adherence) and flag risks early.
· Cross‑functional coordination: align with Marketing on campaigns/MQLs, Operations on fulfillment/ETAs, Finance on credit/invoicing, and Customer Success on handoffs and renewals.
· Customer communication: send order acknowledgments, ETAs, shipment details, and handle basic queries/escalations to keep CSAT high.
· Documentation and audit readiness: ensure version‑controlled, complete records for deals, approvals, and reconciliations.
Qualifications
· 2–4+ years in sales coordination/sales operations/order management in B2B or fast‑moving B2C.
· Strong CRM skills (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/WMS is a plus.
· Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and clear written/verbal communication.
· Comfortable managing SLAs and collaborating across teams.
· Bonus: experience with RFPs/tenders, pricing governance, and BI tools.

· Pipeline hygiene (next steps completeness, stage accuracy, aging)
· Forecast accuracy vs actuals
· On‑time delivery of reports and cadence actions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
