Job Description

As a Telecaller at our company, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential customers and providing information about our products/services. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. - Providing information about products/services during calls. - Supporting the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries. - Maintaining records of customer interactions and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations. - Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the sales process. - Building rapport with customers, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience. - Managing data by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum of 1 year of total work experience. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule, and there is a performance bonus offered. Please note that the work location is in person.
