Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up with clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience working with CRM software is an asset.
