The Sales Coordinator Mortgage is responsible for supporting the mortgage sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, documentation, lead management, and sales tracking. The role ensures seamless communication between clients, sales executives, and financial institutions while maintaining high standards of customer service and timely processing.

Administrative Operational Activities
- Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, and documentation in the company CRM/system.
- Prepare daily dashboards, client communication emails, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management.
Required Skills Competencies- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Knowledge of home loans, LAP, mortgage loans, and banking processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM, and email drafting.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
