Sales Coordinator (Mortgage)

The Sales Coordinator Mortgage is responsible for supporting the mortgage sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, documentation, lead management, and sales tracking. The role ensures seamless communication between clients, sales executives, and financial institutions while maintaining high standards of customer service and timely processing.

• Sales Support Coordination
• - Coordinate with mortgage sales executives for daily follow-ups on leads, applications, and approvals.
• - Manage inbound inquiries and allocate leads to the sales team.
• - Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
• - Maintain updated MIS reports on leads, conversions, loan status, and closures.

Customer Interaction Documentation

Banking Back end Coordination

• - Liaise with bank mortgage officers and internal underwriters for application updates.
• - Coordinate appointments for customer property inspection, verification, or loan signing.
• - Track approval, sanction, and disbursement timelines.

Administrative Operational Activities

- Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, and documentation in the company CRM/system.

- Prepare daily dashboards, client communication emails, and follow-up schedules.

- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

- Knowledge of home loans, LAP, mortgage loans, and banking processes (preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM, and email drafting.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred).
• 3 years of experience in mortgage sales coordination / banking sales support / housing finance.
