Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximise performance. Responsibilities Coordinate sales teams managing overall sales-related activities/ responding to sales enquiries properly and in a timely. Assure the quality of sales-related equipment and update if necessary. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. Coordination with clients, making closure of sales enquiries into PO and proper coordination/support and guidance with the clients throughout the sales enquiry closing process. Keeping Sales Contract/PO/WO data properly in an Excel Sheet, maintaining the Contract period, and renewal within time, etc. Creating and maintaining a database of information about prospective clients properly in an Excel Sheet. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1 to 4 years' experience in a sales-related role Well-organised with an aptitude for problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Show more Show less
