MECHATRONICS CONTROL EQUIPMENTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of Industrial Products, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Automation Products. Designation: Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Triplicane, Chennai (Head Office) Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi Salary Range: Negotiable based on last drawn pay JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Recording and monitoring the enquiry, quotations, sales, and order information from online portals. Support the direct and online enquiries from the customers. Co-ordination and Order follow up with Customers. Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow-up & time bound closures. Review the RFQ, prepare Techno-Commercial Quotations in ERP/CRM as per customer requirement. Responding to Customer Clarifications and Negotiate with Customer. Providing on-time solutions to customer-related issues. Market analysis and Competitor analysis thereby improving business opportunities. Keep track of new projects and arrange visits. Responsible for achieving Company Targets. Verifying the Purchase order and making order acceptance circulating the same to team members and monitoring the supply chain process effectively to achieve the customer delivery date. Submitting Weekly sales report to the Management. Attending weekly sales training, meeting, and sharing best practice with the sales team Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate Good Communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CRM softwares.
