Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth customer interactions. This role is crucial in handling showroom walk-ins, preparing quotes, following up with potential clients, and managing backend sales processes. Key Responsibilities: • Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through product options. • Prepare and send quotations for customer inquiries and sales team leads. • Follow up on quotations with potential clients via calls and emails to maximize conversion. • Track and coordinate the delivery of quotes and customer requests, ensuring timely responses. • Provide backend support to the sales team, including maintaining client databases and updating sales records. • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries. • Assist in handling customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Mandatory Requirements: • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (if applicable). • A proactive approach to handling sales support tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: • Prior experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or admin support role. • Background in the windows, doors, construction, or interior industry is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
