Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Managing a large volume of strategic accounts and tasks with high attention to detail using CRM tools like ZOHO CRM.
• • Handling Complex Data and ensuring to enter every single entry into ZOHO CRM including Customer, OEM Account Manager, Sales Manager Details.
• • Generating weekly, monthly, AM wise, Date wise and Product Wise Reports needed for the management and business unit heads to aid in decision-making.
• • Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including vendor registration documents, and scanning for necessary files to support development
• • Providing sales data to respective sales representatives, generating reports and supporting them with revenue reports, cleaned data, funnel pipeline stages, etc.
• • Easing the order processing exercise after receiving P.O.s from sales team
