Sales Coordinator | Sales Executive | Process Coordinator

1. Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor ongoing processes and identify delays or bottlenecks
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Maintain process integrity and workflow efficiency
• Report delays and suggest improvement solutions

2. Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers & manage inquiries
• Process sales orders accurately
• Maintain CRM and prepare reports
• Support sales team with admin tasks
• Handle meetings, events, proposals & quotations
• Manage inventory, contracts, and travel expenses
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads

3. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on provided leads to present our product offerings
• Conduct product demo calls with the internal team & customers
• Maintain MIS and follow-up records
• Support the sales cycle from lead contact to conversion
• try to conduct demos and maintain sales documentation
