Job Description

Department: Sales / ELV Systems Location: Trivandrum Reports To: Sales Manager Job Purpose: To support the ELV sales team in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring smooth project follow-ups. The Sales Coordinator will be the key link between customers, the sales team, and technical/project departments, ensuring timely and efficient execution of sales and post-sales tasks. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer accounts, and ongoing project status. Assist in preparing sales presentations and technical documents required by the client. Client Coordination: Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses. Act as a liaison between clients and the internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance). Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update CRM/database with customer and opportunity information. Generate periodic sales reports and dashboards for management review. Track and monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with procurement for pricing, vendor quotations, and material availability. Assist in managing purchase orders and delivery schedules related to ELV projects. Administrative Tasks: Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Assist in tender document preparation and submission. Key ELV Systems Knowledge (Preferred): CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm Systems Public Address (PA) Systems, Master Clock Systems Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm Systems IPTV, Intercom, and Audio-Visual Systems BMS/IBMS and integration of ELV systems Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in ELV or low-current systems. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems Basic understanding of ELV technologies and terminologies Organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project coordination in the ELV or MEP industry Technical background in electronics, telecom, or electrical engineering Knowledge of local tendering and documentation processes Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
