About the Role:

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and manage client communication.
Prepare and maintain sales records, invoices, and reports using
Tally
.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, dispatches, and order updates.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle documentation, quotations, and correspondence efficiently.
Work closely with accounts and dispatch departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in a
manufacturing company
.
Proficiency in
Tally
(mandatory).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
