Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, order processing, client coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the furniture hardware industry and understand the product categories, pricing, and client communication processes specific to this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and field sales team to manage client inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare and send proposals, price lists, and product information to clients and distributors.
• Handle order processing, billing, and documentation from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Communicate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases in CRM systems.
• Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and post-sales support.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales performance and MIS reports.
• Support marketing activities, dealer events, and product launches as required.
• Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, accounts, and operations teams.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office sales support within the furniture hardware or interior fittings industry.
• Familiarity with hardware products such as hinges, channels, locks, handles, fittings, and accessories.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
