About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the B2B SaaS and digital solutions sector, we deliver cloud-native products and services that help enterprises accelerate revenue and simplify operations. We are hiring a remote Sales Coordinator based in India to support a high-velocity sales teamensuring clean CRM data, smooth quote-to-order execution, and reliable pipeline reporting that drives predictable revenue.Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales operations: qualify inbound leads, update CRM records, and maintain opportunity stages to ensure an accurate pipeline.
- Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and sales orders; coordinate approvals and follow up to accelerate deal closure.
- Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly KPIs) to support forecasting and sales leadership decisions.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, demos, and handoffs between sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Assist with contract and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Identify recurring process gaps and propose improvements to increase sales efficiency and reduce administrative friction.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 13 years in sales coordinator, sales operations, or inside-sales support roles with demonstrable CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting, data cleanup, and basic analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely in India with reliable internet and overlapping IST working hours.
Preferred
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B sales environment and familiarity with order-to-cash workflows.
- Exposure to sales automation tools (Slack, Asana, Zapier) and basic forecasting or pipeline hygiene best practices.
