Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with the Sales team and Plant from Order punching to despatch details.
Regularly follow up on client payments.
Support the sales team with Quotes, Ledgers, PI, Debtor reports, monthly and weekly sales reports.
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

Female candidates aged 25-35 years.
Experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Industry: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller.
Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM or Other Bachelor Degree.
