Job Description: Sales Coordinator (Male Only)

Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer data.
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
• Track sales performance and assist in achieving monthly targets.
• Manage quotation preparation, invoicing support, and documentation.
• Maintain communication with distributors, customers, and field staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (if any).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Male candidates only (as per job requirement).
• Preferably from or willing to relocate to Sonipat.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role.
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
