Role & responsibilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Processing orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently. Building and maintaining good customer relationships. Preparing and maintaining sales reports, MIS reports, and client databases. Managing follow-ups on leads, payments, and deliveries. Assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data handling and reporting. Experience with CRM and ERP software for sales tracking and customer management. Social media marketing
