Job Description

Interdepartmental Coordination with Factory Team and Respective Sales Team for order placed.  Preparing Quotation and forwarding it to the customer as and when required.  Managing Leads, Making job order, Sales order  Payment Follow up with parties  Arranging and attending weekly conference call and meeting and Preparing MOM for the same.  Prepare sales reports. (Monthly, Weekly).  Arrange sample to customer.  Support Customer Care phone queue  Proficiency in mail, excel, word, Power Point  Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information  Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material  Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested  Contact potential or existing Lead s to inform them about a product or service through mail and calls.  Enter and update customer information in the database.  Ensure adequate funnels for the sales team.  Perform all other duties as requested.  Interact with clients and introduce company profile.  Should be able to explain about Product.  Scheduling’s meeting with the clients for further product presentation.  Sending Introduction mails. Generating leads by doing cold calling and giving to sales team.  Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Proficiency in mail, excel, word, Power Point  Perform all other duties as and when needed and delighted by management.
