Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow revenue. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management. Greet and engage with walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on budget, preferences, and requirements. Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly and accurately. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Maintain a strong product knowledge of all vehicle models, including new launches. Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Prepare and process necessary paperwork (loan applications, registration, insurance). Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (showroom sales, car sales). Strong selling skills with ability to meet targets consistently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building strong customer relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
