Role Overview

Sales Executives

This is a front-end client-facing role suited for individuals who combine strong sales acumen with refined communication and an appreciation for design.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and developers to understand project needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and quotation to negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNI clients and the design community.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of client servicing.
• Stay updated on new product ranges, technical specifications, and design trends.
• Ensure the showroom’s merchandising and presentation align with Valueline’s luxury brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Design, or related fields.

• 2–8 years of experience in luxury retail sales

  , preferably from

  bathroom fittings, doors & windows, or furniture

  backgrounds.
• Proven experience in handling

  UHNI/HNI clients, architects, and builders

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics and product knowledge.
• Confident, well-presented, and client-oriented professional.
