Role & responsibilities

Educate clients on the causes and available solutions for Treatments
Understand each clients expectations and recommend appropriate procedures and products using visual aids to set realistic goals.
Set and track daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly reviewing performance against objectives.
Drive studio growth by achieving monthly revenue targets.
Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and work collaboratively as a strategic business partner to achieve shared success.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree is required.
Preferred age: 32 years and above.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a sales role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Consultative, one-on-one sales approach with a client-first mindset.
Experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through in-person consultations.
