We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Hyundai showroom in Chennai. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales by matching customers with the ideal vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Study and understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of various Hyundai vehicles. Cultivate relationships with previous customers and maintain rapport to encourage future business and trade-ins. Assist customers in finding their ideal car by understanding their requirements and preferences. Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explaining features, and offering test drives to potential buyers. Present warranty and service options to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage. Overcome customer objections and negotiate prices to close sales effectively. Complete sales and purchasing contracts accurately and professionally. Maintain up-to-date sales reports and provide valuable insights to sales management. Assist in setting up showroom displays and maintaining the showroom's overall appearance. Continuously improve knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and staying informed through professional publications. Contribute to enhancing the dealerships reputation by proactively responding to requests and going the extra mile. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs. Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and features is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
