Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing. Provide test drives and explain product specifications clearly. Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead Management Follow up on showroom walk-ins, online leads, and referrals. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and events. Product Knowledge Stay updated with product features, variants, pricing, and financing options. Understand competitors products and market trends. Documentation & Delivery Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and paperwork. Coordinate smooth vehicle delivery and explain post-purchase support. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Address customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups promptly. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealership events. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in automobile or retail).
