Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic & motivated Consultant to guide clients through the immigration process. A strong sales background is preferred, as this role requires exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to meet targets and deliver outstanding client experiences. Roles & Responsibilities ☑️ Provide expert immigration consultation on PR visa eligibility, documentation, and timelines. ☑️ Identify and convert prospects through active lead generation and tailored guidance. ☑️ Build and maintain strong client relationships for trust and satisfaction. ☑️ Achieve daily lead engagement targets with timely follow-ups. ☑️ Maximize conversions by proactively following up on leads and referrals. ☑️ Consistently meet or exceed monthly client conversion and visa submission targets. ☑️ Stay updated on immigration policies and visa programs. ☑️ Prepare and manage sales materials aligned with current immigration services. ☑️ Support the Manager in company operations and client satisfaction. Preferred Candidate ☑️ Background in sales or counseling (immigration preferred) ☑️ Strong communication & people skills ☑️ Good with MS Office and deadlines Work Schedule 📅 Working Days: Monday - Saturday ⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM 🍽 Lunch Break: 30 minutes 👔 Dress Code: Smart Business Casual Show more Show less
