Job Description

Core responsibilities Support sales team: Coordinate activities and manage schedules to help sales representatives focus on selling.  Customer relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.  Administrative tasks: Process orders, maintain customer databases, prepare sales reports and presentations, and manage records.  Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.  Essential skills Organizational and multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to deliver clear messages.  Technical: Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).  Customer service: A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.  Attention to detail: Essential for accurate record-keeping, order processing, and reporting.
