Co-ordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer data. Assist with the development of sales and marketing strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
