Sales Co-ordinator

A sales coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer inquiries, updating customer data, preparing sales reports and proposals, and coordinating sales meetings. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, which acts as the administrative backbone of the sales department.  Key responsibilities Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks to allow sales staff to focus on closing deals. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage sales team schedules, meetings, and appointments. Sales support: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Customer management: Respond to customer inquiries, manage customer complaints, and maintain positive customer relations. Data and reporting: Maintain customer databases, input sales data, and prepare sales reports. Order processing: Verify customer orders for accuracy, track orders, and ensure timely delivery. Team coordination: Facilitate communication between sales representatives and other departments, such as marketing and delivery.
