Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Client Success Manager to join our team in the immigration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients, and ensuring their successful immigration experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the immigration sector. Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their immigration needs are met and they receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions and timely delivery of immigration services. Account Management: Proactively monitor client progress, address concerns, and ensure high satisfaction levels, driving client retention and loyalty. Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional immigration services and solutions to existing clients. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends. Use data to continuously improve strategies and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, customer support, marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences and achieve client success. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and client success management, ideally in the immigration or related services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored immigration solutions. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, client-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales goals and client success. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively. Preferred: Previous experience in the immigration industry or related sectors. Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international relocation services is a plus. Why Join Us?
