From design to build to styling, we deliver beautiful, functional, and hassle-free homes through our in-house team of 85+ skilled professionals.We’re nowlooking for a go-getter sales professional who understands interiors, speaks the language of design, and can confidently sell the Homework experience to homeowners and commerical establishments looking to renovate, restyle, or build their dream home.⸻🔑Role & Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Independently identify, research, and reach out to potential clients via calls, visits, and referrals. • ClientCommunication: Call, meet, and follow up with clients to understand their needs and introduce Homework’s services. • SalesPitching: Clearly articulate Homework’s design + build advantage, pricing, and process. • Coordination: Work closely with the design team for site visits, proposals, and presentations. • Contracts & Documentation: Draft and manage client contracts, collect payments, and maintain proper documentation. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all leads and conversions using structured follow-ups. • BrandRepresentation: Be the face of Homework at all client interactions — professional, warm, and solution-driven.⸻🎯What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in interior sales / real estate / home solutions / modular kitchens. • Strongcommunication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working without spoon-feeding. • Confident in meeting clients, understanding spaces, and selling design services. • Organised, dependable, and ready to take full ownership of the sales cycle.⸻
