Job Description

Job Title: Business Manager - Retail Sales Location : Mumbai and Bangalore What does a successful Business Sales Manager do at FISERV? • Establish continuous relationship with the merchants to gain maximum value. • Regularly track and report performance of the team in terms of targeted sales and business volume. • Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue. • Maintain strong relationships with the customers. • Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention. What will you do: • Achieve Sales target & Maximize revenue per customer. • Manage team of Business Counsellors. • She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions. • To liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing. • Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses. • Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers. What will you need to know: • MBA • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment. • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills. • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. What would be great to have: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
