Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive Recrivio’s B2B growth. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring, managing, and nurturing business clients, developing strategic partnerships, and directly contributing to our ambitious revenue goals. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at consultative sales, and are passionate about building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, research, and target potential corporate clients across various sectors. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Lead Generation & Outreach: Leverage advanced prospecting techniques (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking) to engage key decision-makers and generate qualified leads. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, present tailored recruitment solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to HR leaders, CXOs, and business stakeholders. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of recruitment services. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate sales records, track KPIs, and provide regular pipeline and performance reports to management. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field. Candidates from top-tier institutes preferred. Experience: 2-8 years of B2B sales/business development experience, ideally in recruitment, HR-tech, SaaS, or professional services. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Analytical: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office Suite.
