Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to expand our market reach and drive growth in the knitted garments segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile and apparel industry trends, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the knitted garments sector in exports
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with design and production teams to align business strategies with product development.
Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability.
Monitor competitors and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company offerings.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
8 - 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the export garment industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of knitted fabrics, garment manufacturing, and textile industry trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and market reports.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
