Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Business Development Professional to join our growing team. This role demands proactive engagement with potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting OCP Academy's offerings to drive growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Engage with senior-level executives, managing complex negotiations and closing sales deals. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. • Manage client inquiries and ensure timely payment collections. Key Skills: • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proven experience in lead generation and sales. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships. • Previous experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus. Preferred Candidate Profile: • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment. • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
