Recrivio is seeking a Sales & Business Development Intern to join our elite team. This role is tailored for those who aspire to work with industry leaders, gain deep exposure to enterprise sales, and make a direct impact on business outcomes from day one. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across diverse industries using advanced tools and platforms. Sales Outreach: Strategically engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to initiate business discussions and set up meetings. Pitching & Presentations: Assist in preparing high-impact presentations and sales pitches for client meetings and proposals. Client Engagement: Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure, shadowing senior sales managers and interacting with CXOs and HR leaders. Data Analytics: Analyze client data, market trends, and sales metrics to refine targeting strategies and drive growth. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and outstanding service delivery. Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and pipeline updates for management review. Who You Are Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premium college (IIT, IIM, NIT, BITS, top DU colleges, or equivalent). Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-driven; thrives in a high-performance environment. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Drive: Passionate about sales, business growth, and building client relationships. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity apps. Analytical: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities. Team Player: Collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
