Accelerate-X, a fast-growing AI upskilling, course, and internship startup, is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be part of our core team, offering immense opportunities for learning and growth. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by Accelerate-X ● Maintain friendly relationships with customers and address their needs effectively ● Regularly follow up with leads and ensure conversions ● Coordinate and manage programs, workshops, and events ● Update and maintain customer data daily ● Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics ● Handle community groups for networking and lead generation ● Support the marketing team in creating promotional and advertising strategies REQUIREMENTS ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales ● Proven track record in achieving sales targets ● Strong passion for sales and customer interaction ● Prior experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage ● Committed to delivering excellent customer service at all times ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Highly goal-oriented with strong listening and relationship-building skills ● Self-motivated, dedicated, and adaptable to a startup environment ● Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus ● Language: Malayalam and English – mandatory; Hindi – added advantage Location – Kochi, Kerala | Work From Office Salary – β‚Ή25,000 to β‚Ή35,000 per month (based on experience) Show more Show less
