Location: Pune (Preferred) Experience: 3–6 years in consultative B2B selling (Preferably Marketing Services) About Us Betterrwalls is redefining how real estate developers acquire serious buyers. We go beyond traditional lead generation—building performance marketing systems that drive results. We're now looking for a Business Development Lead who can crack high-ticket deals and position us as a strategic growth partner in the eyes of CXOs, developers, and builders. Role Overview You’ll own the sales cycle from discovery to closure —targeting builders, real estate developers, and property consultants. Your strength will lie in consultative selling , not pushing services. You’ll be trusted with shaping perception, pitching ROI, and unlocking deals worth ₹6L+/month. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound/outbound leads via discovery sessions. Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate funnel strategies. Lead proposal creation with the strategist and delivery teams. Manage deal negotiations and decision-maker relationships. Build a healthy sales pipeline (₹1 Cr+ rolling at any time). Create pitch documentation, case studies, and pricing structures. Collaborate with CSMs to ensure successful onboarding and handover. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) High-ticket Deals Closed/Quarter: 5-8 Deal Size Range: ₹3–12L/month Pipeline Value Maintained: ₹1 Cr+ Discovery-to-Closure Conversion Rate > 25% Requirements 3–6 years in B2B/enterprise sales (preferably marketing or SaaS). Proven experience closing retainers > ₹10L/year. Confident in CAC, ROI, and digital marketing math. Strong communication & persuasion skills with CXOs. Familiarity with sales tools like CRMs. A strategic thinker who can tailor offerings to business goals. Bonus Traits Experience working with real estate developers or proptech.
