Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current business partners. Sales Targets Achievement:. Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with B2B clients. Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare and deliver effective in-person presentations to potential clients. Market Research & Analysis. Provide feedback and insights to product development teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience. Educational Background:. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Professional Experience. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the B2B segment. A strong background in the hospitality industry is essential. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies:. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Additional Requirements:.
