Identify and target new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market share. Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the rental, real estate and other related industries. Client Relationship Management:. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current business partners. Sales Targets Achievement:. Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with B2B clients. Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare and deliver effective in-person presentations to potential clients. Market Research & Analysis. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to product development teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience. Educational Background:. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Professional Experience. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the B2B segment. A strong background in the hospitality industry is essential. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies:. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Additional Requirements:.
