Sales Boy

As a Barista Sales Boy at KW Blue Pearl, your role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers and team members, maintain food safety standards, manage stock and inventory accurately, deliver excellent customer service, handle customer feedback, support store operations during staff shortages or emergencies, and ensure smooth shift transitions and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Maintain food safety standards and follow FIFO practices - Manage stock and inventory with accuracy - Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback - Support store operations during staff shortages or emergencies - Ensure smooth shift transitions and daily operations Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree/diploma in Hotel Management OR have prior work experience in a caf/coffee shop environment - Should know how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages - Must be residing near the KW Blue Pearl location OR willing to relocate to the area In addition, you are expected to have 3 to 6 years of experience in a coffee chain/QSR/caf industry, possess skills in verbal and written communication, customer handling, sales, time and shift management, and have knowledge of coffee preparation and stock management. Attributes such as being honest, polite, dependable, proactive, responsible, and a team player with a positive attitude are highly valued.
