Role Description:We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. You will work during US business hours and support senior sales managers in building client relationships, managing outreach, and generating qualified leads across IT and staffing domains. Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing strategic sales and outreach plans.Research and identify prospective clients in the US and other global markets.Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales data.Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and support proposal creation.Communicate professionally with clients and understand their needs.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong analytical skills and interest in market research.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.Prior exposure to technology services or the staffing industry is preferred.
