Job Title: Sales Associate ( On roll Job ) Reporting to: Store Manager ### Job Location: Across Hyderabad ### Salary Range: ₹18,500 – ₹21,500 per month ### Responsibilities Responsibilities As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include: #### Customer Focus Drive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring excellent service. Greet and assist all walk-in customers, encouraging them to avail the free eye check-up . Support with stocktaking, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold high visual merchandising standards. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to ensure accurate and quick billing. Address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction. #### Product Recommendation Understand customer preferences to recommend suitable eyewear. Identify unstated needs by asking the right questions and provide tailored solutions at the right time. #### Sales & SOP Compliance Achieve assigned targets related to sales, eye-test conversions, and returns . Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently. Post-sale, coordinate with customers for product pickup and handle returns effectively to reduce return rates. #### Store Upkeep & Maintenance Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and aligned with Lenskart standards . Safeguard store inventory and equipment; report any shortages or damages promptly. ### Personal attributes & competencies Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass with minimum 1 year of sales experience required / Graduates (Freshers or Experienced eligible ) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. Customer-focused with a proactive and result-driven approach.
