Role Overview

A Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store or brand standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products/services as per their needs.
• Provide detailed product information, features, pricing, and benefits.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales area/display.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems (billing, invoicing, returns).
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Keep updated with product knowledge, new launches, and brand promotions.
• Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or customer demands.
