Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned area of Sirsi, Karnataka. Utilize strong customer handling skills to approach potential clients and convince them about the products/services offered by xxxxx. Develop a deep understanding of the credit business to provide suitable solutions to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service. Utilize convincing power to negotiate and close deals with clients effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Assist customers with any queries, concerns, or after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate with the sales team to arrange product displays, promotional activities, and marketing events in the region. Act as a brand ambassador for xxxxx and uphold a positive image at all times. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong convincing power and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning about the credit business and adapting to changing market conditions. Flexibility to travel within the assigned area of Sirsi, Karnataka and work on a flexible schedule. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
