Role & responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the store. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure proper stocking and display of merchandise. Handle billing and payment processes efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store. Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail sales is an advantage.
