Designation: Sales Associate / Business Development Associate Location: Noida, Pune Job Description: As a Sales GET/MT at Paques India, you will be part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our advanced wastewater treatment solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in technical sales, client relationship management, and project coordination within the industrial wastewater sector. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Develop and execute regional sales plans, achieve targets, and contribute to marketing strategies. Assist in preparing proposals with technical team, presentations, and technical documents for clients. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless project execution for client . Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with distributors, intermediaries, and license partners, ensuring smooth operations. Manage risk assessments, contract negotiations, and project handovers. Maintain sales data, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or related fields) + Business Administration. Strong interest in sales and technical solutions, particularly in sustainability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
