Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their packaging needs, explaining the benefits of PackIQ's solutions, and managing sales processes from lead generation to closing deals. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with the team to meet sales targets, and preparing reports to track sales strategies and performance.

• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in packaging or related industries is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
