Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate with customers who have purchased our credit cards and ask them to pay the outstanding amount in EMI. Outbound voice process Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Additional Information: Facilities: Pick-up and drop facility provided. Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Shift Timings : 9:30 to 6:30 (2nd and 4th saturday off depends) Sunday fixed off
