Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Railway Road, Rishikesh (On-site) Company: Hiker Adda Travels Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹8,000-12,000/month + Incentives (Performance-Based) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings by explaining our travel packages clearly. Maintain follow-ups with leads and build strong client relationships. Assist customers with itinerary planning, payment processes , and travel details. Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Smart, punctual, and proactive attitude. Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, MS-office and Google Sheets. Passion for travel and customer service.
