Location: Bangalore Joining: Immediate joiners only Role Overview We're looking for dynamic, people-oriented individuals to join our sales & marketing team. This role combines field activations, retail engagement, and brand building, perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments and wants hands-on experience in sales and marketing. What You Will Do Conduct product sampling & brand activations at societies, co-working spaces, retail stores, and events Engage walk-in customers with in-store sampling and personalized product recommendations Execute flyer distribution and local marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness Generate quality leads and actively support conversions to meet sales targets Share festive offers and upsell products to improve average order value (AOV) Guide product selection and convert potential customers into buyers Coordinate activation opportunities and manage logistics for field campaigns Track performance metrics, customer engagement, and maintain feedback records Who We're Looking For Impeccable spoken English Outgoing & confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Energetic, creative & target-driven personality Customer-centric approach with friendly demeanor Enjoys meeting people and conducting field activations Immediate availability to join Preferred Qualifications Freshers or final-year students welcome to apply Prior experience in sales, retail, events, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory Basic sales aptitude and enthusiasm to learn Why Join Aubree?
