Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our team for our premium second-home project, Konkan Bliss Residences, near Guhagar Beach, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates interested in launching a career in real estate sales, with an emphasis on data management and assisting with property site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize leads, sales data, and customer records using Excel/CRM tools.
• Support the sales team with data entry, report generation, and updating databases.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate and schedule site visits.
• Assist in preparing presentations and sales documents for clients.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to generate and nurture leads.
• Greet and guide clients during site visits, providing basic property information.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and office staff for smooth operation.
• Support the sales and marketing team in executing digital/social media campaigns (optional).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with data entry.
• Strong communication skills (in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first approach.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate (internship/project) is an advantage but not required.
